Who we are
Loopin Club (loopinclub.in) sells fixed-scope creative services such as video editing, design, AI content and writing. The work is carried out by independent creators we select and manage. Your contract is with Loopin Club.
Orders
Each service page lists its price, what is included, the delivery time and the number of revisions. Delivery time starts once we confirm your payment and your brief is complete. If your brief is missing something essential, we may pause the clock until you respond.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to use any footage, images, logos, music or text you send us. You must not ask us to create anything unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may refuse or cancel such orders.
Ownership
Once your order is paid and completed, you own the final delivered files and may use them commercially. Stock music, fonts or assets that carry their own licences remain subject to those licences. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Working with creators
You can request a specific creator. We assign them when they can deliver on time, and tell you before assigning someone else. All communication and payment for work found through Loopin Club must stay on Loopin Club.
Coupons and extras
Discount codes apply once per order, can't be combined, and may have limits such as first-order-only or an expiry date. Extras like rush delivery or additional revisions are added to the order price at checkout.
Revisions
Revisions cover changes within the original brief. New ideas, extra length or a different concept count as a new order.
Payments
Prices are in Indian rupees. Taxes are added where applicable. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Liability
We work hard to deliver on time and to the brief. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
