Refund policy

Before work starts
If you cancel before a creator has been assigned, you get a full refund.
If we miss the deadline
If we deliver late through our own fault, you can choose a full refund instead of accepting the work, provided you haven't used the delivered files.
If the work doesn't match the brief
Ask for a revision first. If after using your included revisions the work still doesn't match what you asked for in your brief, contact us and we'll refund you in full or in part depending on how much was usable.
What isn't covered
Changes in direction after ordering, briefs that were incomplete or changed later, or taste preferences that weren't in the brief.
How refunds are paid
To the original payment method, within 5 to 7 working days of approval.
